DepotIQ
DepotIQ is delivery depot management software. It turns the daily reports a parcel depot already receives into driver attendance, per-stop pay, commission reconciliation and performance reporting - in one place, for one depot at a time.
Built for multi-depot delivery operators by Oxus Technologies Limited, Ireland. Each depot sees only its own data.
Accounts are provided by your depot - there is no public sign-up.
What DepotIQ does
Daily reports, processed
The depot uploads head office's daily stop report. DepotIQ reads it, matches every route to the driver who ran it, and stores the stops and proof-of-delivery records behind them.
Attendance without a clipboard
Who was in and who was out is derived from the day's report rather than typed in, with the attendance pattern for each driver over time.
Driver pay, calculated
Drivers are paid per stop at the rate for their type. Rates are dated, so changing one never re-prices work already done, and every change is logged.
Commission reconciled
Commission files are matched to the depot's own delivery records by consignment number, giving a per-driver profit and loss the owner can actually check.
Performance you can act on
Compliance, Predict and Service failures per driver, with the depot's own explanation of each failure code and what avoids it.
Ask questions in plain English
Marshal answers questions about the depot's own figures - who was slowest last week, where the failures are - from the data the depot has already loaded.
Signing in with Google
Depot staff can sign in to DepotIQ with their Google account instead of another password. Google confirms who you are and shares your name, email address and Google account identifier - nothing else. Your role and which depot you belong to are held in DepotIQ, not taken from Google.
Separately, and only if you choose to grant it, DepotIQ can send email as you for one purpose: sending drivers their own stop figures when you ask for them to be sent. It cannot read, search or delete anything in your mailbox, and you can withdraw it at any time in your Google account.
DepotIQ's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full detail is in section 6b of the Privacy Policy.
Data protection
DepotIQ holds personal data about depot staff and about drivers, who are not users of the system. All data is hosted in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest. Each depot is the data controller for its own drivers' data and Oxus Technologies Limited is the processor. Our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Data Processing Agreement and Cookie Notice set out what is held, why, and for how long.
